Many of our high school students take courses that earn college credits through a cooperative program with Suffolk Public Schools and both Paul D. Camp Community College and Tidewater Community College Tuition assistance for these dual credit courses is available to rising juniors and seniors in Suffolk Public Schools. Selection is based on academic standing and financial need. Applications will include a short essay and will be available from your high school guidance department or posted on our website. Students are eligible for a second semester grant based upon obtaining a grade of “C” or better during the first semester of the course.
The Suffolk Education Foundation is pleased to provide $2,000 in Advanced Placement (AP) test fee assistance each year, in addition to our dual-credit tuition assistance. This money is available for students who do not qualify for fee waivers or ACCESS funding, but may still need assistance. Students, please see your guidance counselors on how to apply for this award.
